Beautiful Boy...Bob Sanders

We are crushin' on Beautiful Boy...Bob Sanders
Not sure why--we don't like his name (BOB)

don't like his hair...and really can't put our fingers on it but DAMNNN there really is something about this boy!!!!

Full Name: Demond L. "Bob" Sanders
Born: February 24, 1981 in Erie, Pennsylvania
Occupation: American Football player, starting safety for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League. Holds 1 Superbowl ring and Probowl selection.

Despite his diminutive size (5 ft 8 in. - 1.73 m), he is known for his speed and hard-hitting. He played college football at the University of Iowa, and in his role as the Colts has earned a reputation as being the glue that holds the Colts' defense together. The 2006 Colts in the playoffs, with Sanders, had the second best run defense with only 73.3 rushing yards allowed per game. He went to help the Colts, on the road, to their victory in Super Bowl XLI (in which he made a key fourth-quarter interception and his hard hitting forced a fumble as well being credited with 3.5 tackles, earning him MVP consideration).

Born with a name (Demond) that was difficult for many to pronounce correctly, Sanders asked his mother if his name could be changed. His mother suggested "Bob" as a nickname, and the name stuck.

Children: David and Victoria have three sons: Brooklyn Joseph Beckham (born in 1999), Romeo James Beckham (born in 2002), and Cruz David Beckham (born in 2005). They have stated that they would like to have more children, especially a daughter.
Born: Victoria Caroline Adams(April 17, 1974 (age 33), Goff's Oak, Hertfordshire, England

Residence: Los Angeles, California,

Education: Attended UCLA. There, she met Jackie in 1941, and she married him in 1946.
Occupation: Former nurse, Assistant Professor of nursing at Yale University and later, the Director of Nursing at the Connecticut Mental Health Center

Victoria "Posh" Beckham is an English singer, songwriter, fashion designer and television personality. Victoria Beckham (then Adams) joined the all-girl group Spice Girls, first called "Touch," in 1994, together with Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown and Melanie Chisholm. The group's first single, "Wannabe," went to number one in the UK and the U.S., and would be followed by eight other hugely successful number one singles from their albums Spice and Spiceworld. Each member of the group received a nickname from the media: Victoria became "Posh Spice,". The group would become one of the most successful acts of the 1990s, selling in excess of fifty-five million records worldwide. After the release of their third album, Forever, which was much less successful than their previous two albums, the Spice Girls stopped recording, and Victoria would eventually take steps toward a solo career. Since the Spice Girls followed separate careers, Beckham has released four UK Top 10 singles.

She is married to English football player David Beckham. The supercouple began dating in 1997 after she attended a Manchester United match in 1997. The couple were dubbed "Posh and Becks" by the media amnd married at Luttrellstown Castle, Ireland on July 4, 1999. After many preparations, Victoria and David Beckham moved to Los Angeles where David has been signed to play for the LA Galaxy soccer team. On arrival in America on 13 July 2007, the couple were met by hundreds of paparazzi and media representatives, causing a media frenzy. They are now residing in a $22 million Beverly Hills mansion with 10 security guards. To create publicity for their move to America, the couple were photographed in their underwear for the fashion magazine, W. In an interview for the magazine, Victoria Beckham said that David's alleged affair with Rebecca Loos made their relationship stronger.

Her career and marriage to David Beckham have made her both the fifty-second richest woman in Britain and the six hundred and nineteenth richest person in Britain with husband David, with an estimated joint wealth of £112 million.

In 2004, Beckham designed a fashion line for Rock and Republic called 'VB Rocks,' consisting mainly of jeans for the high end of the market (retailing at approximately $300 in the U.S.). She has also worked on a range of women's clothes including shirts and skirts. The clothing features a logo of a crown with the letters "VB". In September 2006, Beckham ceased working with Rock and Republic in order to launch her own Denim label. The new line of Beckham's jeans collection is called DVB Style. Beckham was briefly the face of Rocawear, and has for or a number of years produced a range of handbags and jewellery in association with the Japanese store Samantha Thavasa. In July 2006, Victoria Beckham released a line of sunglasses (which she had been seen wearing at the World Cup games). In September 2006, 'Intimately Beckham', a his-and-her fragrance line in association with Coty the world's largest fragrance house was launched. Around the same time Beckham launched her new official website dybstyle.com which follows her fashion work.

On 14 June 2007 Beckham launched her dVb denim collection in NYC at the high-end Saks Fifth Avenue, along with unveiling her eyewear range in the US for the first time.

Here's your chance to attend a legitimate fashion soiree hosted by none other than Debbie Harry at the swanky A60 at the Thompson Hotel. And yeah, you're actually invited.

About Todd Thomas:
Todd Thomas unveils something testy with his Spring/Summer 08 Collection
Based on the Rorschach Inkblot, Gestalt and SAT tests, Todd Thomas has created a new collection of mainly dresses, allowing a graphic stream of consciousness to inform his subliminal and humorous designs. In the process he encountered many unexpected coincidences that seemed to reveal an underlying link between cultural and psychological phenomena. When blown up and printed, for example, the existential and experiential Gestalt symbols bear an uncanny resemblance to African mud print textiles. This was entirely accidental and it delighted him. The random polka dot pattern of the SAT test drove Thomas to include an accompanying Number 2 pencil print, unable to resist the cliché. “There was something very serendipitous in this whole process,” he says. “The silhouettes themselves were driven by the evolution of the print and the design of the textiles,” which are mainly silk, stretch georgette, crepe back satin, silk cotton jersey and silk cotton twill. In looking at all the prints together, he was reminded of matter prints from the depression era. There is not just a revisiting of the 30s and 40s here, but an aspect of 2008 revisiting the 80s revisiting the 30s and 40s, all of it endowed with a very 21st century global currency. “There is definitely an element of the urban African women you see in West Midtown who wear those beautiful mixed-textured wraps,” he says. Those wraps had a lot of influence on the shapes and combination of the prints within the collection. The dress silhouettes are a bit longer than the current trend prescribes, less revealing and cut in modest shapes. Thomas plays with shape and form in allowing a single garment both tightness and draping at once, as well as combinations of prints and textures within one garment. “I like the multilayered references, where everything is cyclical,” he says. A particular inspiration behind the creation of this collection is Joni Mitchell’s 1977 double album, Don Juan’s Reckless Daughter. “The layers and amalgams of global beats and textures and the haunting narration of the lyrics and the keen social observations and the beauty of it as a whole album,” Thomas says, “reinforced ideas I was having about what I was making for this collection. Each piece was part of a whole and together they’re really powerful.”

Deborah Harry is one of his biggest supporters and a favorite client. On New Year’s Eve 2005 she wore a particularly stunning creation which Thomas made specifically for her show in Edinburgh, a classic tartan kilt and cape and a leather bodice adorned with multiple strands of crystals and chains. He also created the black tuxedo and pencil skirt she wore for her induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
